Privacy

Private means private.

Your full form answer does not go public. It may guide a page edit, but we do not publish it, quote it or claim it proves anything. This site adds no public accounts, comments, analytics trackers or file uploads. The hosting service can still keep security, device and operating logs.

What we keep

We keep what you type in a form, your choices and your email if you give it to us. The home-page test asks for no name or email. We also keep a scrambled connection record to stop spam. It expires after one hour and the timer removes old records. Do not send passwords, case numbers, medical notes, witness statements or files.

The first home-page test uses one-use links. We store a scrambled version of each link in the site database, whether it was used, and its closing time. An unused link record is erased after it expires. A used link record is erased with its full answer, or sooner when the owner stops and erases the test. The test page does not send its address on to pages you open from it.

Why we keep it

For the home-page test, we use answers to see whether the page is clear, record your choices and stop one-use links being reused. The test asks for no email, so we cannot reply unless you later email us with your reference.

Future problem and review forms may use what you send to understand the problem, reply and plan a small job. Those forms stay shut until their own rules are checked. If publication is separately approved, a person must check it first.

For the home-page test, the recorded legal reason (lawful basis) is: Consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. Taking part is your choice. We use a reply only to check and improve the home page, and you can withdraw it before deletion.

What may go online

Nothing goes online by itself. A future problem form will need its own checked rules before any public draft can be made.

The home-page test stays private. Replies may guide an edit to the public home page. We will not publish an answer, quote, total, theme or claim that this small test proves anything. Any separate public result must stand on a public evidence page that anyone can open without signing in.

AI and who else may handle the data

AI is off for private answers. We do not send them to DeepSeek, ChatGPT or another AI tool. OpenAI still hosts this ChatGPT Site for us; that is hosting, not asking an AI model to read the answers.

Only the site owner at Unsigned Media Ltd will read the answers. OpenAI hosts this ChatGPT Site and processes the answers for us. OpenAI may use its listed service providers, including Cloudflare for web hosting, security and support. UK data may be handled outside the UK under standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum. We do not send answers to DeepSeek or any other AI tool, or use them for marketing.

Retention

Each full home-page test answer has a deletion deadline at the end of 2026-09-08 (UK time). The timer checks every 15 minutes and erases answers whose deadline has passed. A site request also tries the same cleanup. If the timer is late or has failed, the test shuts to new replies.

The owner also has one button to stop the test and erase every full answer early. The deletion log keeps only the number erased and the dates, never the answers. Ending the private test and writing any public result are separate jobs.

The date covers the test database and any owner copy. OpenAI may keep separate security and operating logs only as long as needed to run, secure and support the hosting service under its data processing terms.

Future problem and review forms need their own checked deletion rules before they open.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask to see, fix, limit or delete what we hold, and you can withdraw any consent you gave. Keep the reference from the home-page test: because we ask for no name or email, that is how we find your reply. Sometimes the law means we cannot do exactly what you ask. If so, we should say why.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Who to contact

Unsigned Media Ltd is responsible for the test data. Email codingforjustice@itshackney.com about privacy, access or deletion. The stated reply time is within 30 days.

The small test

The privacy details for the invited home-page test are recorded. This does not authorise invitations or make the site or the test public.
